How long do I need to charge a 18 volt 1.5ah battery on a charger with an output of 26 volts @ 210mah?
I just got a new black and decker cordless 18v chainsaw and I dont want to fry my battery (the charger does not have any full battery indicator). How long should I charge my battery after its fully drained? Do I just go by watts?

The 26 volt output is much too high a voltage to charge a 18 volt battery. Hopefully the 26 volts drops to the 20-22 volts needed when connected to the battery, and the current doesn't go above the 0.21 amps.
Skipping the voltage, you calculate with the currents.
1.5 amp-hour / 0.21 amp = 7.1 hours.
I would not trust any charger that did not have a "full charge" indicator.
