Growing tomatoes indoors?
Ok here is my setup. I have an indoor greenhouse in my house with temperature maintained between 70 and 75 with humidity fluctuating between 40% and 55% (I'm experimenting right now to stabilize it at around 55%-60%) I have HPS and compact florescent lights to use. I prefer to grow all my veggies in a non recovery hydroponic solution using rockwool if possible.
I want to know how to germinate the tomato seeds for maximum growth so in 4-6 weeks i can transplant outdoors when the Texas winter/spring weather allows for outdoor soil growing. If anyone has any advice I would super appreciate it.
Also, I have heated seed beds with humidity domes but I'm still super new to the indoor gardening game and the last batch I tried died because i left the germinated seedlings in the dome and the stem/roots rotted. Thanks again for all your answers and suggestions.!!!
